RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF WORKS
The Scientific Committee, established by Consad Resolution No. 01 of February 27, 2025, will analyze abstracts that address the topics indicated in these Regulations. Before submitting an abstract, please read the following information carefully:
1. The deadline for submission of abstracts is April 29, 2025.
2. Abstract submission must be made exclusively through the link https://www.even3.com.br/xiv-congresso-consad-de-gestao-publica-539116/
3. The abstract, including the title, must contain 800 to 2,400 characters with spaces.
4. The abstract must cover one of the following thematic areas: 1. Proponents whose abstracts are selected must submit their full articles by August 4, 2025.
2. Submission of the full article must be made exclusively through the link https://www.even3.com.br/xiv-congresso-consad-de-gestao-publica-539116/
3. Failure to submit the complete article will be understood by the event organizers as withdrawal by the proposer, and will imply their exclusion from the Congress program.
4. Articles must have a maximum of 4 (four) authors.
5. Only one author of each selected article will make a presentation in person at the Congress, according to the official event schedule.
6. The six best articles among those presented will be awarded.

Articles must follow the following formatting:
1. To be written in the template, in Word, provided by Consad;
2. Be written in Portuguese;
3. Font type Arial, size 12;
4. Single spacing;
5. Contain 5,000 to 8,000 (five thousand to eight thousand) words and highlight the introduction, objectives, methodology, results and references;
6. Citations must follow the author-date system and other specifications of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards – ABNT;
7. Responsibility for authorship lies exclusively with the authors, under penalty of incurring any applicable legal sanctions;
8. Only the authors indicated at the time of submission of articles will be disclosed in the Congress program.
9. Articles that do not meet the submission and formatting standards will not be published in the Congress proceedings.
The congressman must strictly observe the following guidelines:
1. Submitting the final article in advance will help with the logistics of the event, so please do not wait until the deadline.
2. To obtain accreditation, authors/panelists must register for the Congress in advance to ensure access to the event venue.
